Job Title: Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) - Nursing Home Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire Salary: £37,400 per annum (£18.00 per hour) excellent benefits Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time - 40hours per week Shifts: Days Services: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work in a beautiful purpose built care home in Chesterfield. The home is ideally situated close to the town centre and within easy access of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This bright and modern nursing home is tastefully decorated to create a warm and homely feel for the residents. The home also has a beautiful garden area for the residents to relax and enjoy, as well as several activities for the residents to take part in. Staff morale at the home is very high. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their fantastic nursing homes in Chesterfield. The service is highly reputable and prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide to the residents. This home provides nursing care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous leaderships experience is essential for this position.
