Position : Third Line Support Engineer Suitable for: 3rd Line IT Support Analyst / IT Support / Technical Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer with experience of servers and networking Location: Leeds Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum Our client is a market leading, award winning and expanding company. They are currently recruiting a vacancy within their busy IT department for a Third Line Support Engineer / 3 rd Line IT Support Analyst / IT Support / Technical Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer with experience of servers and networking. This role will involve a mix of 2nd/3rd Line IT Support, being part of the IT Team supporting not just existing infrastructure but with an involvement in new solutions/projects being implemented. As Third Line Support Engineer / 3 rd Line Support Analyst / Technical Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer, you will perform a key role in providing customers and employees with an escalation point for technical enquiries along with support and maintenance of the Desktop/Server and Mobile technology estate. This is an ideal role for someone who has an in-depth knowledge of server hardware and networking as well as having previous experience managing and delivering IT projects. Working as Third Line Support Engineer / 3 rd Line IT Support Analyst / IT Support / Technical Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer, you will be working with the following technologies: Windows 2016 Datacentre SQL Server Remote Desktop Services Microsoft CVM Office 365 (Exchange & Office) Mimecast Eset AV & Endpoint Encryption Intune Insync: Druva CensorNet PRTG FSLogix Veeam backup Zerto DR Azure AD AD Federated services Sage 1000 IPAM Magento In house B2B servers (Nginx, Apache, MySQL) FortiClient VPN Experience/Attributes : As Third Line Support Engineer / 3 rd Line IT Support Analyst / IT Support / Technical Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer, you will have the following experience: Scripting, Powershell, SQL. Pleasant, patient and professional manner when dealing with users. Proficiency in the troubleshooting and resolution of all client queries. Good problem-solving skills along with the ability to maintain calm under pressure. In depth understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
