Supplier & Compliance Manager 12 Months Fixed Term Contract On-site at Sky (Osterley) This is an exciting opportunity for a Supplier & Compliance Manager to join our on-site team at Sky and help shape a newly created role within a flagship Experis account. The ideal candidate will be a recruitment professional with demonstrable experience of owning & maintaining relationships with third party suppliers, ensuring they are compliant against mandated process and contractual obligations - particularly around IR35 legislation. This remit will also extend to our own internal Experis delivery team. As this is a newly created position, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take a leading role in developing process & procedures that will evolve over time to support future demands. The ideal candidate will therefore have a wealth of experience within Supplier & Compliance Management with the ability to work autonomously. They will be responsible for providing regular training, documenting new process, and producing regular reporting on Compliance metrics. The Supplier Manager element of your role will make you the main point of contact for all our existing suppliers; You will be responsible for performance analysis, and regular review sessions. Additionally, you will review internal systems to ensure all process steps are followed correctly as well as partnering with the on-site team on discussions around the on-boarding of new suppliers (the support of our back office Supplier Management team). You will also be responsible for providing regular activity reports to the Account Director, and for ensuring all key stakeholders are regularly updated. As Compliance Manager you'll be responsible for analysing the data entered into our onsite VMS & CMS by both our third-party suppliers and our on-site recruitment team. You'll be responsible for conducting regular audits, providing analyse, reporting on findings, documenting process changes, and providing training where required. You'll provide feedback on your findings to both the onsite recruitment team and the Account Director, and from those findings develop training to ensure that we adhere to compliancy requirements. Candidates should be able to demonstrate: Supplier Management: Management & relationship ownership for 2nd tier suppliers. Performance management and review process Understanding of the recruitment industry (ideally MSP) Ability to produce regular reporting and performance analysis Ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders Intermediate / Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office tools A strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach Our suppliers are based around our main sites in Livingston, Leeds and Osterley, therefor some travel may be involved to meet with suppliers.
