Quality Compliance Administrator Our client based near Heathrow provides maintenance and support services to a range of private and public sector clients and offers an efficient, competitive and customisable range of services. They are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their ever-expanding business. This is an essential role within the business and you will have a variety of responsibilities, including: HR duties will include correspondence with the outsourced HR team as well as HR Filing & Archiving, Learning & Development to support training administration and managing the leavers process. You will also be responsible for tracking and updating the CRM / spreadsheet for holiday, sickness, maternity, paternity. You will also be assisting with new employees, on boarding administration - offer letters, contract generations & co-ordinating inductions and dealing with general HR enquiries You will be required to issue ID cards, PDRs, training plans and new starter packs - including preparing and filling once completed - tool box talks For this role you will have experience using: Experience with a (QMS) quality management system - (This is essential) SAP B1 / Business one - (this is an advantage) Experience of document compliance - especially with ISO90001 – (This is an advantage) It will be preferable to have experience working within maintenance or building service environments but this is not essential.
