Lead QA Engineer - c£45,000 Excellent Benefits including bonus and free parking We seek a Lead QA Engineer to join an expanding organisation within easy access of the M4. As a Lead QA Engineer you will be overseeing the clients flagship product and making sure it’s fit for purpose and ensuring a great customer experience. You will work closely with development teams in an agile manner and will have experience in a range of different testing methodologies such as regression testing and API testing. Previous experience of being a team lead isn’t a must have but if you don’t have any then we’d be looking for a solid base of skills to draw on and previous experience of being involved in discussing testing approaches etc in a wider audience. Required skills/experience of the Test Analyst; Agile/Scrum environment experience. Leadership experience or a involvement in leadership decision making. · Knowledge of automated load/performance and regression testing. Knowledge of Azure, Visual Studio, TestRail or (similar equivalents), OctopusDeploy, Jmeter.
