Job Title: CAD Technician (AutoCAD) Location: Garretts Green, Birmingham Pay Rate: up to £10.41 Per Hour Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 0900-1645 and Fri 0900-1530 Contract Length: circa 7 months, rolling contract Birmingham City Council are currently recruiting for a CAD Technician to start ASAP on a temporary, ongoing basis. Birmingham City Council is the largest single local authority in Europe offering a range of opportunities and regeneration. With Birmingham and the surrounding areas continuing to develop, the council pride itself to make life better for the millions of people who live and work in the city. The role You will be required to create 2D plans on site in relation to asbestos sections and school plans. You will be required to undertake basic administrative duties to support the wider team, including data updates and reports. It is essential that you have AUTOCAD experience for this role. You will also have experience of basic administrative duties. Lab support work would be highly beneficial, but not essential.
