Overview

Chapman Tate are working with an established Managed Service Provider based in the West Midlands to recruit a Technical Consultant to a join a dynamic and highly skilled engineering team. The Technical Consultant’s role involves carrying out installation, design and support solutions to the organisations customers. This role will be required to deliver the solutions which may include out of hours and weekend travel. Experience and Skills Required: Server Virtualisation Storage – SAN’s Windows Server 2003 - 2016 & Active Directory Exchange 2003 to 2016 / Office365 Switch configuration and design (HP/Cisco/Dell) Firewalls Terminal Services / Remote Desktop Services Basic SQL configuration and infrastructure optimisation VDI – VMWare Horizon View, Citrix XenDesktop Citrix XenApp Software Defined Storage / Networking Scripting i.e PowerShell or Bash Cloud Infrastructure configuration and deployments in Azure Some of the benefits with the role: 31 Days holiday (including bank holidays) Excellent Training & Development offered Salary reviews Company pension Employee Assistance programme This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89837313
