Overview
Our client is a n international property consultancy who specialise in the management, development and sale of property worldwide . They now require a Lettings and Renewals Manager / AST Property Manager to oversee the day to day lettings management of a modern build to rent block based in Leeds. Due to the nature of the building, this role will heavily involve day to day resident liaison in both a customer service and lettings capacity. The successful lettings and renewals manager’s / AST Property Manager’s duties will be split into key sections: - marketing and letting of the properties (with the assistance of the managing agent), tenancy management (meeting with new tenants, welcome packs etc) and general customer service / property management. A full job description is available upon request Ideally the successful lettings and renewals manager / AST Property Manager will have come from a strong hospitality or lettings background (although it won’t have the competitive nature you would find in an estate agency). The successful lettings and renewals manager / AST Property Manager can expect a basic salary £25k - £ 28 k Commission (on experience)and a yearly discretionary bonus.
