If so, Source Talent would like to hear from you Due to expansion our client is looking for an experienced fire alarm service engineer to join their established team. You will be responsible for servicing on Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms, experience on Fire Alarms is essential. The area you will be required is along the M25 and commutable within reasonable distance. Job Description Installation and commissioning for fire alarm systems in your designated area. C omplete maintenance visits (PPM) after the allocation of organised sites which will be organised and communicated by yourself. Ensure the performance of the systems are to a high standard and that the customer is happy with the system in line with the service level agreements presented. C arry out various panel function checks and then test an amount of detectors and manual call points. Working to BS 5839 standards and to best possible practice. Ensure that after work is carried out, the system is fixed back into its operational state ensuring sounders and relays are reinstated. When required, mentor junior members of staff and lead by example at all times. Managerial experience is not essential, however a desire to potentially progress into a management role in the future would be taken into consideration.
