Overview
Helpdesk (1st Line Support) - Up to £28,000 Your new company You will be working with an exciting professional services company within the Architecture space, boasting 9 offices and nearly 300 staff members. They are in a phase of growth, recently moving into a new Central London office to accommodate for their future business needs. Your role will be within the rapidly growing IT team, working as their Junior IT Support Analyst. There is a large opportunity to expand your technical knowledge as your manager will be technically hands on, acting as your mentor. Your new role As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you will possess exceptional customer service abilities. Your role will be the first point of contact for IT support issues, answering queries through email or phone. You are seen as a vital contributor to the IT teams continued success. Working closely with the IT Support Manager, end users will see you as a friendly, outgoing individual who is happy to assist with IT issues. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with an IT related degree, although it is not essential.
