Regional Manager – Central London – Boutique fitness brand - £60,000 Salary: £60,000 Location London My client is an expanding Boutique fitness brand looking for a Regional Manager who has an entrepreneurial spirit as he or she helps to develop the culture and lay the groundwork for a successful gym. Role: Advise on gym layouts, plans and equipment Hiring and training of key site management personnel Defining and overseeing implementation of membership sales strategies in line with the brands ethos and vision (corporate, new sales and renewals) Setting goals and reporting structures for individual GMs Defining, refining and analysing onsite GM’s roles and staff Overseeing operational efficiencies and helping individual GMs reach their goals Overseeing adherence to financial budgets and advising on changes to procedures to achieve targets. To maintain key staff by recruiting, scheduling, orienting, and training employees; creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; To develop and establish efficient internal processes; including reporting, monthly meetings, monitoring progress To establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes and progress To coordinate appraisal process and goal setting requirements for individual site managers.
