Head Chef - Branded Restaurant Group - up to £40,000 We are on the lookout for a strong Head Chef for a well-known, award winning, small restaurant group. The emphasis is on Breakfast and Brunch / Lunch You must have a full understanding of running all aspects of a kitchen and a strong working knowledge of Fourth Hospitality and also have a minimum of 1 Year in your last couple of roles. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company that will offer development and career growth This restaurant has an all day offering, with peak shifts being brunch and lunch, meaning, as Head Chef, you'll work very few evenings and generally straight shifts - a great work / life balance The food here is all fresh and the dishes are made from scratch , there is also the freedom to create daily specials. As Head Chef, the emphasis here is leadership; we are looking for a natural leader that prides themselves developing and optimising their teams. The company have a very low staff turnover and therefore offer good job security and development .
