Overview
Commis Chef We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to work within this hotels main kitchen team alongside the rest of this established brigade. As Commis Chef you will work within the main kitchen you will be responsible for all sections for all of the hotels F&B outlets including their 2 AA rosette restaurant, banqueting and Lounge Bar. The Place A luxury 4AA red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a Michelin star the other 2AA rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.
