Sous Chef We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to oversee the daily running on the hotels 3AA rosette restaurant. As Sous Chef you will spend the majority of your week overseeing the hotels fine dining restaurant and managing a small team producing 3AA rosette food and a 5 star service. The Place A luxury 5 Red AA star hotel, spa and club set in stunning 14 acres of private gardens alongside a 27 hole championship golf club with 3 restaurant outlets, award winning spa and club. The Person The ideal Sous Chef will have the following: Experience of working in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment Have worked in a similar type of kitchen brigade with a 2 or 3 AA rosette background Happy using all fresh ingredients A drive and passion for great food and service Have at least 1 years experience at Junior Sous or Sous level.
