The hotel, which has recently undergone a significant refurbishment, boasts 82 bedrooms, a leisure club, extensive conference and banqueting facilities and a 2 rosette restaurant. An exiting opportunity arisen to join our team as a Senior Sous Chef. This is a very hands on role which is demanding, but rewarding in a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of fresh food for the restaurant, bar, and C&B . Your responsibilities will include menu development, maintaining a high standard of health and hygiene throughout the property, achieving budgeted food gross profit and overall management of the Kitchen.
