Overview
Senior Sous Chef We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sous Chef to oversee the daily running on the hotels 3AA rosette restaurant. As Senior Sous you will report directly to the Executive Head chef and be a key member of the senior management team. Ensuring 5 star standards of food and service are maintained at all times. The Place A luxury 5 Red AA star hotel, spa and club set in stunning 14 acres of private gardens alongside a 27 hole championship golf club with 3 restaurant outlets, award winning spa and club. The Perks As Senior Sous Chef you will get the following £34,000 basic salary Overtime paid Fantastic staff incentives Free use of the of the gym To work for a world class country club, spa and hotel. The Person The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have the following: Experience of working in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment Have worked in a similar type of kitchen brigade with a rosette background Happy using all fresh ingredients A drive and passion for great food and service Have at least 1 years experience at Sous or Senior Sous level. All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
