A unique opportunity for a commercially focused Catering Manager for a modern Bar and Café operating in West London with excellent hours of operation. The café serves fresh sandwiches and hot dishes along with a separate bar which also has a food offering. The Catering Manager will be hands and will play a key role in developing the commercial outlets. Taking responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, marketing, product range, product quality, food hygiene, safety, and licencing. Financial planning and budgeting for the Commercial operations and delivering on financial targets and budgets. Circa £500k turnover. Recruiting, leading, and developing a motivated staff team The Catering Manger will have experience in managing fast paced and high volume pubs, bars and cafes. The ability to motivate your team with the operational knowledge to ensure resources are in place to equip our services is essential. The role requires that the Catering Manager will manage all compliance issues, work to tight deadlines and implement strategic planning with senior management.
