You will contribute to implement the nutritional strategy of the Club to ensure menus are great tasting whilst specific to player performance needs You’ll be responsible for the nutrition strategy for all away fixtures and training camps and will arrive ahead of each match to be an integral part of the 1st team performance advance party who ensure the best possible environment when the team arrives. You will be part of the food & beverage operations team at the Training Centre when not travelling and with the support of the wider team Responsible for the day to day catering operations at our Campus. Lead and develop the team and foster an environment that ensures continuous improvement and delivery of the best quality, performance focused food at every opportunity What are we looking for: We are looking for someone who have a passion for creating outstanding food with Performance nutrition at the forefront of their mind.
