Head Chef - 2 rosette - £42k Pacakge We are looking for a seasoned Head Chef in Oxfordshire to join the team at this multi award winning 17th century Gastro pub and rooms just north of Oxford. The business is independently owned, offering fresh, seasonal and local produce to create classic British inspired dishes. With stone floors, open fires and 2AA rosettes in their restaurant, it’s no wonder this destination pub has a loyal following from both their locals and foodies across the country. The 60 cover restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The Ideal Candidate: Experience at two AA rosette level Strong working knowledge of health and safety A hands-on approach Reliable, hard-working and flexible Experience with cost control and budgeting This Head Chef position will see you working 48-50 hours per week. (Give or take) across 4 and a half days. In return there is a salary and tip package of £42k If you're driven, passionate and focused then this is the ideal kitchen for you.
