Pastry Chef required in the Lake District for a Country House Hotel with a Rosette kitchen. Salary is up to £30,000. The hotel has fresh food, live in and is of a 2 rosette level. Pastry Chef up to £30,000. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef. The role: We are looking for a Pastry Chef from a fresh food background and able to work within the pastry kitchen. You will be good at your time keeping, able to create 2 rosette pastry items and have great organisational skills. You will run the pastry section, creating a wide range of pastry items for the hotel. The role includes all the normal Pastry Chef duties. Experience: We are looking for a Pastry Chef from a fresh food background. Previous Rosette experience would be beneficial for this role.
