We are currently looking for brilliant Head Chefs to work in our Relief Team, covering sickness, holidays and events in different locations in London. We offer a full time contract, an immediate start and a competitive salary. Head Chef Benefits Full time contract (40 hours) Paid Overtime 31 days holidays Immediate start Great working hours - mostly Monday to Friday and no split shifts Access to company's internal vacancies Private Pension Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Many more company benefits Head Chef Job Description To work in different locations To supervise kitchen staff and to encourage self-development To produce and present consistent high standards of food To understand the business needs and requirements To assist maintain all legal Health, Hygiene and Safety records Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen Assist the development of the kitchen staff Input of new ideas and food styles to assist in maintaining customer satisfaction To carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management Maintain and achieve the catering budgets and standards set out by Lexington Produce and present food in conjunction with the kitchen team maximising customer appeal and exceed Lexington’s and client expectations. Show financial management through correct costing, stock taking and menu planning benefiting both Lexington and our customers.
