Head of Capital Portfolio Management - 3 Month Contract - London We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Capital and Portfolio Management to join the team of a public sector organisation within London. With a focus on delivery and maximising return on investment, turn plans into reality by playing an influential role in accelerating the quality design and development of new neighbourhoods and the physical transformation of the Borough’s town centres, delivering 18,000 new homes, 50% affordable housing and my clients capital investment strategy whilst ensuring local communities are connected and benefit from the Borough's economic and housing growth. Your duties and responsibilities will include: To lead day to day delivery functions to my clients Capital Portfolio Management Office on the development, monitoring and review of the my clients �0.58 billion multi-year capital portfolio and property related programmes against my clients priorities and demonstrating that the Capital Portfolio is maximising return on investment made. Lead reporting process which delivers a C;single viewD; of the status of my clients capital portfolio to the Director of Capital Strategy and Portfolio Management, Director of Finance, and Corporate and Strategic Asset Management Group (CSAMG). To implement new processes and procedures which deliver continuous improvement which support accelerated delivery and improved monitoring and controls of the Capital Portfolio. To be suitable for this opportunity; the following qualifications or experience is required: Authoritative knowledge of capital programmes, and Programme Management Office functions. Significant experience of working in a large and complex public sector environment.
