Overview
Our Bristol based client, a successful and innovative UK business is looking for an experienced and motivated IT Support Team Leader to manage a team of 2nd/3rd Line Analysts. Located in Bristol city centre this is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong leadership and communication skills, but not necessarily from an IT background, who is looking for a new challenge. The IT Support Team Leader will be passionate about developing and improving technical service delivery, with the emphasis on customer focus. Your strength will be in getting the very best from team members, whilst identifying new areas and initiatives to improve service. This is a great opportunity to work for a thriving UK based corporate that are looking for an experienced IT Support Team Leader that may be looking to formally move into IT, or to continue within the field. Focussed on proactively delegating tasks, you will have proven skills in coaching your team members, upskilling and encouraging ownership. As key appointment, the IT Support Team Leader must have: Essential skills and Experience: Excellent leadership and influencing skills Experience in upskilling and motivating team members Excellent communications skills and able to efficiently delegate tasks A real passion for upholding technical service delivery ITIL Thrives on driving change and championing continuous service improvements Our client is entering a new and exciting phase in IS, and with a bright future secured for the business, the timing would be good to join this particular IT function. In return for your experience our client is offering the successful IT Support Team Leader a salary of £42,000 - £48,000.
