Overview
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant with an accounting background and implementation expertise with ERP, Finance, CRM, Inventory, Retail or eCommerce software for an innovative cloud-based accounting software solutions company in Bristol. This is state of the art web technology and a superb product to work with. Salary to £50k plus private health and dental insurance, 5 weeks holiday, share options and lots of great social events. They need a bright, dynamic, enthusiastic Senior Implementation Consultant with experience of finance or accounting to join one of the most innovative, entrepreneurial companies that has attracted global interest and investment, and work with their state-of-the-art cloud-based software which incorporates accounting, inventory, CRM, eCommerce and POS. They need someone with a consultative work style, who can handle software implementation and training and can link business processes with product / technical solutions. You need to have strong accounting knowledge, together with software implementation skills any of the following: finance, ERP, CRM, Inventory & Stock or Sales Order Processing. Any additional knowledge of eCommerce software such as Shopify, Magento, or Bigcommerce, or on-line trading platforms like eBay or Amazon would be a bonus. You will have proven experience delivering functional consulting and implementation services and should be able to guide and mentor junior consultants. You will lead consulting engagements and manage customer relationships with both business and technical clients. Projects range from a month to 6 months and you will be expected to lead the larger projects. Above all you will have great communication skills, ideas to bring to the table and an outgoing, lively personality. This is a vital role in the company, where you will lead successful implementations of their innovative cloud-based solutions, ensuring that the client has the right service mix to guarantee their ultimate success, even beyond the implementation cycle - this includes positioning the right support and training products as needed.
