*Previous Applicants Need Not Apply* Systems Implementation Specialist The IM&T team within North Bristol Trust are moving the digital agenda forward with a number of key projects including the implementation of an electronic document management system and a move to paper-light processes. These are exciting and forward thinking digital transformations that we need people to assist us in delivering through system support and process enhancement. The Systems Implementation Specialist team are responsible for ensuring that best use is made of digital platforms during their implementation, steady state and future enhancement. Examples of the teams skills are: - Advising on best practice use of the trusts IT systems, including the core electronic patient record system. - Analysing clinical and administration staff processes in order to devise system and process enhancements - Assessing and directing whole-system changes, such as the implementation of paper-free clinics and workflows - Training and support of staff throughout the trust in the use of IT systems using one to one, classroom and digital training techniques - Identifying and implementing process improvements made available through digital transformation - Testing of system changes and upgrades As our ideal candidate, you will have advanced knowledge of the Electronic Patient Record Systems, however, candidates with experience in similar functions, such as GP systems and other secondary care patient record systems will be considered. A recognised training qualification is desirable but not essential for this role as well as a positive, motivated and professional approach to resolving challenges.
