Senior Associate opportunity within Corporate Recovery & Restructuring at a leading Manchester Practice offering broad case exposure, long-term career progression and study support. THE COMPANY An established Corporate Recovery & Restructuring Practice with a strong presence in Manchester, renowned for providing Turnaround, Business Rescue and Formal Insolvency & Recovery solutions to SME and Mid-Market corporate clients. THE OPPORTUNITY A Senior Associate opportunity has arisen within the firm's Corporate Recovery & Restructuring team which would suit an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator seeking long term career progression and involvement in all types of formal insolvency cases. As a Senior Associate your responsibilities will involve: Supporting Managers and Directors with Administration cases (Trading, Pre-Pack), CVL's, MVL's and Advisory projects involving highly-stressed business. Handling a portfolio of Insolvency cases (Admins, CVL's, MVL's, CVA's etc) and dealing with all aspects of cases from initial instruction through to completion. Supporting Directors in Business Sale / Disposal and Accelerated M&A transactions.
