SME Finance Director Job in Liverpool, FMCG sector, Manufacturing experience desirable. £80000 to £100000 Your new company This SME business is a manufacturer of FMCG products. With a successful customer base they are seeking to now bolster their leadership team with the appointment of an experienced Finance Director. Your new role This is a hands-on Finance Director position. As the leader of a small finance team you will ensure that monthly and annual reporting is delivered accurately and on a timely basis. As a board member you will provide leadership to the wider organisation and support commercial initiatives to develop into new markets and win new customers. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant and an experienced Finance Director in the SME sector You should have experience of both manufacturing finance but also commercial finance and working with sales and marketing teams to drive growth. You'll be a natural leader and will be able to demonstrate how you have influenced strategy in previous roles. Ideally you will have strong systems skills and have experience of implementing an ERP system previously.
