Overview

IT Support Engineer required by a Managed Service Provider supporting companies mainly within the architecture, construction and design sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and approachable team exposed to cool and on-trend technology every day. The IT Support Engineer will deliver remote and on-site support within Central London. Experience with Mac is extremely beneficial due to the environments that the IT Support Engineer will be working within. This is a role requiring a motivated and adaptable IT professional. Days will be varied, involving every level of support from climbing under desks and running cables to general and project support. The IT Support Engineer will have an approachable and friendly manner and be able to speak with staff at all levels internationally. They will also need to be knowledgeable in both macOS and Windows to an equal standard. Essential Skills and Knowledge: - Experienced in MacOS and Windows and confident in supporting both equally - Ability to support Active Directory and backup systems such as Crashplan, retrospect or Archiware - Knowledgeable in supporting a range of email systems including google apps, Office 365 and Kerio connect - Experienced in working with firewalls and anti-virus software's - Internet and network support, for example, working with fibre, Unifi, Meraki or Draytek - Ability to support VOIP telephone systems Experience working with the following systems would be beneficial: ITGlue, Solarwinds MSP, Watchman Monitoring or Teamviewer.
