You will be joining the HR team at Head Office, which is based in the heart of Croydon. Your new role Acting as a ER specialist, yet in a HR Generalist capacity, you will be an essential HR team member dealing with all complex ER cases, taking ownership and managing visa sponsorship programs, along with taking on projects and supporting the larger HR team at head office and other sites across London where necessary. This is a full time, permanent role. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate would have experience in an education setting. A HR Generalist with a proven track record of managing visa Sponsorship and complex ER experience. Must hold min CIPD 5.
