Overview

Office365, Windows 2019, Windows 2016, AD, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Networking Urgent new permanent role to join an IT support team of 6 supporting 175 users across 2 locations. Permanent role only. Our client needs an IT support professional with broad technical skills to join its team. The role will be varied and will involve a broad range of duties from:- Call logging / incident management Setting up Office365 accounts PC/Laptop imaging using SCCM AD Networking 3rd party relationship management Server Builds and installs The role is essentially 2nd line support. Some travel to Kent will be required to support the 2nd office. If you have broad technical skills and perhaps want to work in a larger user environment then plese contact Kellie at Jump as soon as possible.
