Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced E-commerce professional to join a small, busy, start up company based in Leicester. The role To oversee all aspects of Marketplaces management; in particular Amazon and eBay. Growing and scaling these and additional marketplaces. Must haves: • Good understanding of Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces • Co-ordination experience with various Marketplaces for solving queries and issues regarding the accounts • Be able to manage bulk listings along with content creation (using Channel Advisor) • Updating of product data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discount • Inventory Management • Reporting generation, Secondary sales analysis and replenishment • Creating & Monitoring promotional activities at marketplaces (paid and organic) • Comprehensive experience in the use of excel spreadsheets, email correspondence, and working with online control panels. • Good understanding of campaigns and sponsored advertisements on Amazon and other marketplaces The ideal candidate will have solid market place experience such as Ebay, Amazon etc. Good knowledge of the customer Journey is also desirable.
