Overview
Job Ref: OJ 3276 Hampton's are currently working with a medium-sized residential provider who are in need of a Support Manager to assist with their Leaving Care services in the Cheshire region for young people aged 16-25. Responsibilities in Brief: Overall responsibility for ensuring there is a robust plan developed and implemented in line with Care Leaving Standards You will work closely with your team of Supported Living Managers, helping them reach their potential and achieve the desired commercial outcomes. As an Assistant Service Manager you will be involved in ensuring efficient budget allocation as well as constantly driving occupancy and profitability across the provisions in line with the Service Manager. Through effective, proactive management you will drive and implement a culture of high performance, working to continuously maintain, improve, promote and celebrate the high standards of support offered. Ensuring that there is a suitable level of managerial support available for each provision on a 'rota' basis Take the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of the service and that all records within the provisions are of a high standard Attending meetings relating to the young people who receive our support and ensuring that there are robust plans in place Taking responsibility to monitor outcomes for your people through their independence plan Work with the Service Manager to ensure that our Supported Living Provisions work within the boundaries of unregulated support Have responsibility for ensuing that each young person has the necessary staff in place that are suitable to meet their needs Essential Requirements: Experience with children leaving care into adulthood and/or supported living RMA / NVQ 5 or equivalent qualification Full UK driving licence and access to a car Salary: up to £32,500 (dependent on experience) If you are interested in this position or would like to have a confidential discussion to find out further details, please call Oliver on 01926 354 601 Hampton's Resourcing prides itself on creating opportunities for Social Care Senior Managers to challenge themselves to continually develop their skills and experience.
