VennGroup IT Technology Recruitment Solutions Role: IT Support Analyst Type: Permanent Salary: £22,000 per annum Location: Cannock Are you an ambitious IT Analyst looking for your next permanent opportunity? An exciting new position has arisen in a well-established organisation to help provide excellent service and support to an organisations customers. Key Responsibilities Essential skills: Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online and on premises environments Desirable skills: Windows Server networks with a sound understanding of networking principles such as LAN’s, WAN’s, DHCP and DNS Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to pinpoint the root cause of problems across a diverse range of hardware and software technologies.
