Overview
PA Up to £29,000, Leeds Monday - Friday Are you an experienced PA actively looking for work? Are you looking to step in to a role within a forward thinking and supportive business? Do you have experience working within a Legal or Financial background? I am currently recruiting for a well known Law firm who are looking for a PA to join there Financial Regulations team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for a variety of activities including; Driving the billing processes, Supporting fee earners, Extensive Diary management, Booking cost effective travel, Ensuring conflict checks and Client Due Diligence are carried out and Drafting any engagement letters. To be a part of this amazing company you must be able to forward plan and prioritise key tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, manage the billing, diary management and the inbox, complete CMI processes and regularly review risk management checklists. Requirements To apply for this position you must have previous experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Secretary within a professional environment. Financial or Legal experience is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competent using Microsoft Office suite Experience as a PA, EA or Secretary within a professional environment Results/goals orientated Ability to be flexible around clients needs My client are looking for a start date in April/May so applicants both immediately available and with a set notice period will be considered.
