Overview
Children's Registered Manager - SEMH Enfield £35,000 - £45,000 Are you someone who wants to support vulnerable children and offer them a secure, stable environment to call home? Are you currently working for a larger organisation and feel like just another number? Are you looking to work autonomously and support a small business to grow? If yes, this might be the role for you. You will be joining an organisation that has been running since 2014 and has enjoyed transforming the lives of hundreds of children both London based and those that have moved there from different counties. They all have a diagnoses of Social Emotional Mental Health needs, and have associates Challenging Behaviours, meaning finding a happy home life has been a struggle. You will be running a large, newly decorated 4-bed children's home offering a stable and loving home for these children, enabling them to access education and flourish when they leave your care. As a reward for your hard work you will be remunerated with a generous salary package of up to £45,000, depending on your experience.
