Job Description
The Penguin Random House Children's team are looking for a talented, highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join the Puffin Fiction design team on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave (approx 10-12 months). This role will be based at our new office in Nine Elms, SW London. This is anexcitingopportunity to work with the biggest names in children'sfictionacross all genres. Stand-out design is core to our success, ensuring that each book has its best possible cover to reach its widest possible audience. A passion for fiction design, withexceptionaltype skills and a nose for unearthing newillustratortalent are essential, alongside the ability toconvert these into exciting, clever cover concepts and packages. You will beresponsible forproducing work on schedule and to budget, while working with colleagues across the division to deliver industry-leading packages. Thesuccessful candidate will be an organised, collaborative andexperienced publishing designer.
