Overview
Global Technology Company requires 3 x Site Engineers - Chiswick - London URGENT REQUIREMENT Monday - Friday 0900hrs - 1730hrs Salary £26k excellent package Knowledge, Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in End User Support or similar support role Able to display strong customer service skills both in person and remotely ITIL foundation qualification is a benefit Understanding of basic network fundamentals Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office environments Understanding of MAC OS and Design support environment beneficial Understanding of mobility environments (particularly iOS) Overall strong interpersonal skills and a general affinity for Technology Formal training courses in Microsoft beneficial Previous experience in floor walking support or tech bar setting beneficial
