Customer Service Operator Job Liverpool Your new company Your new employer is a large construction and infrastructure business with various bases across the UK. They are now looking to employ several customer service advisors on an ongoing basis for immediate starts. Your new role Your new job will have a particular focus on providing an outstanding customer service to the client, you will be overseeing the provision of assigning and programming work orders, ensuring teams are equipped with job packs as necessary. You will be maintaining accurate records of work that is either completed or in-progress, ensuring KPIs are met and servicing the client where needed whilst being compliant with Health and Safety provisions. What you'll need to succeed The ideal applicant will have strong within a similar capacity. You will have exceptional organisational skills and possess outstanding written and verbal skills, as well as being results-orientated with good computer and administrative skills. What you'll get in return Our client is offering a rate of £9.36 PAYE (£8.21 basic, due to increase to £9.30 at the beginning of April) with the possibility of extension.
