Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. The role will have responsibility for a team of 6 made up of recruitment, Learning & Development, Diversity and Talent Management and will report into the Director of HR UK&I. I am keen to speak with candidates who have effective management and implementation of Resourcing, Learning & Development, Diversity and Talent management. Also the ideal candidate will have experience of working in the past as a generalist/ER exposure as there will have a small team of ER case workers reporting into them. Working closely with Country HRD, senior Managers and site HBP's as well as Company MD's and senior management. To be a success you must be resilient and able to deliver both strategically and operationally within a demanding and changing environment, with excellent communications skills essential. An ability to lead from the front and be prepared to travel across the UK &I as required.
