Head of REIM ESG - Investment Management

Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Develop the REIM’s ESG Strategy and ensure its deployment and reporting, inline with the bank, and the BNP Paribas Real Estate ones Lead the implementation of this strategyfor each of our funds/portfolios (exclusion, selection grid, objectivessetting, impact investing, reporting metrics….) depending on fundspecificities, investors demand and constraints / feasibilities Externalleadership through speaking at conferences and contributing to industryinitiatives representing BNP Paribas REIM Internal leadership to furtherdrive ESG integration at all level (product development, transaction and assetmanagement, fund / portfolio management…), presenting to the REIM Exco ESGdashboard and KPIs Is in charge of the ESG reporting (coordination of datacollection, KPIs and report). Coordinate external sustainability ratingincluding the GRESB Survey, PRI both for REIM and for specific funds/portfolios Respond to investor inquiries concerning the Business line’s and funds’ ESGtopics: answering to RFPs on ESG topics, participating to roadshows Acquireand maintain a global expertise regarding regulations, labels andcertifications, new initiatives, competitive landscape in real Estate and morebroadly in Asset management industry…and make it accessible for all teams ineach entity Manage key external relationships with consultants on ESG issues Lead and mentor a sustainability functionalteam spread in between geography and areas of responsibilities Manage a small team of analysts (one ortwo) Work closely with the Global Headof BNPPRE Sustainability/CSR and represent BNPPREIM business line in the BNPPRECSR Leaders network Experience in the real estate business and particularly in InvestmentManagement Advanced CSR/ ESG experience in Real estate and/or finance Fluent inEnglish and at least another language Experience with management andorganization Ability to summarize and convey complex content Excellent communication skills and ability tospeak at events Strong leadership skills:excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, to delegate and tomonitor and to deliver Ability to motivatefunctional teams Ability to solve problems pro-actively
