Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Develop the REIM’s ESG Strategy and ensure its deployment and reporting, in line with the bank, and the company Real Estate ones Lead the implementation of this strategy for each of the company funds/portfolios (exclusion, selection grid, objectives setting, impact investing, reporting metrics….) depending on fund specificities, investors demand and constraints / feasibilities External leadership through speaking at conferences and contributing to industry initiatives representing the company REIM Internal leadership to further drive ESG integration at all level (product development, transaction and asset management, fund / portfolio management…), presenting to the REIM Exco ESG dashboard and KPIs Is in charge of the ESG reporting (coordination of data collection, KPIs and report). Coordinate external sustainability rating including the GRESB Survey, PRI both for REIM and for specific funds/portfolios Respond to investor inquiries concerning the Business line’s and funds’ ESG topics: answering to RFPs on ESG topics, participating to roadshows Acquire and maintain a global expertise regarding regulations, labels and certifications, new initiatives, competitive landscape in real Estate and more broadly in Asset management industry…and make it accessible for all teams in each entity Manage key external relationships with consultants on ESG issues Lead and mentor a sustainability functional team spread in between geography and areas of responsibilities Manage a small team of analysts (one or two) Experience in the real estate business and particularly in Investment Management Advanced CSR/ ESG experience in Real estate and/or finance Fluent in English and at least another language Experience with management and organization Ability to summarize and convey complex content Cross-cultural skills Excellent communication skills and ability to speak at events Strong leadership skills: excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, to delegate and to monitor and to deliver Ability to motivate functional teams Ability to solve problems pro-actively
