Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Lead in delivering a clear network roadmap in-collaboration with Custody product head that will improve or develop the product Responsible for ensuring change remains aligned to existing regulation and/or internal the company policies and product strategy. In partnership with product managers lead the company IS’ objective for Custody services to be viewed as thought leaders in the industry (clients, peers), and gather industry intelligence to develop the product roadmap (includes participating in industry forums, working groups, etc.) Conduct analysis to understand the detailed P&L for Custody &GFP products and embed financials in driving client, product, execution and functional change on product profitability Responsible for ensuring appropriate governance, compliance with policies/frameworks and oversight of issues, risks, audit and compliance items Present to the company and IS senior management as requested by Product Heads and lead delivery of one-off initiatives as required by the Product and Client Experience segment. An appropriate representation in governance meetings including NBC, Pricing Committee, Risk Committee Primary market responsibilities – understanding the global regulatory framework Oversight, monitoring and risk analysis of ongoing agent bank relationships Supporting the internal functioning of the network advisory function Ensure effective delivery and support for regulatory reporting Provide effective contributions to material regulatory, market or internal Network Management projects Global Market Information responsibilities Provide SME coverage for Network related projects, consultative Market Information is issued to clients BA or BSc in business, or another relevant degree Extensive experience in the industry, with a specific focus in securities finance and global markets Sound technical knowledge of the financial services and asset management industry, with strong experience in taking market network impacts into product strategies. Negotiation and relationship management experience Proven curiosity regarding fintech and evolving investment industry trends Strong corporate knowledge​ MBA, post-graduate in business or finance would be a plus​ Professional qualifications from a recognized industry body preferred
