Overview

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Develop and execute marketing strategy for the respective portfolio that captures voice of the customer, market assessment, objectives and activity plan in close collaboration with Portfolio Management, Regional point-of-contact & dotted-line alignment with Regional Marketing Develop value proposition and messaging based on customer needs and market environment, which differentiates Elekta's offering in the marketplace, incl. claims development and identifying, developing & driving proofpoint generation with dotted-line alignment with Clinical Marketing and in close collaboration with Portfolio Management and Medical Affairs Overall positioning & pricing and bundling strategy of the products in the portfolio (in relation to each other) and tailored to different markets Translate positioning and value proposition to communication concept/theme (including clinical marketin com onent that can be used to create sales enablement tools such as sales tools, University Degree — preferably with technical, clinical or business background, Graduate degree preferred >5 years experience in global marketing role and preferably global leadership role Sufficient understanding of the RT and / or Informatics market, products and clinical usage Track record in working in complex, multi-functional, multi-cultural and international environments Persistent and persuasive behavior to own and drive cross-functional collaboration Ability to create good relationship with Customers KOL Ability to serve as a product evangelist and communicate the long-term vision for the product line Self-starting, entrepreneurial mind-set — not shying away from doing groundwork when needed Proven project management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in english, written and verbal Willing to travel 30% of time
