Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. As a Head of Claims you would be responsible for meeting operational, financial and service objectives, setting of the claims policy and review existing claims practices - revising where appropriate. Establishing and maintaining claims supplier arrangements and determining KPIs are additional responsibilities. The Head of Claims will require a Professional qualification (CII or equivalent); Have an experienced background in the Insurance / Financial sector; Proven Claim Operational management experience; And working within Senior Operational roles having exposure to multiple products and partners.
