Overview

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Build upon a designated portfolio of customer relationships in order to anticipate and satisfy customers’ strategic requirements, in a ‘Client First’ manner, meeting the Bank's risk and Helping Britain Prosper requirements. Researching and due diligence on prospects through to arranging and leading meetings both with key prospects, existing clients and key professionals across the geography. Attend networking events and building a presence in the London & South market to drive origination of new business. Liaise with product partners across the Bank to bring appropriate products and services to clients, ‘Maximise’ and thus ‘a Leading Customer Experience’. Leading the negotiation of terms and conditions of credit facilities and services, after consulting with all relevant parties and prepare proposals in order to seek approval Ensuring timely preparation and submission of Client Account Plans; and accurate reporting for the portfolio in order to meet customer profitability requirements and business objectives. Work collaboratively with the Support / Global Transaction Banking teams to ensure we meet our client’s day to day operational banking requirements and maximising their client face time. Manage as lead of a 3 person team any changes to Bank policies, systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvements e.g. Simplification and any issues are satisfactorily resolved. Supervisory Oversight process to be followed alongside standard credit governance – renewals etc. Liaise with the Transaction Execution team to ensure legal and other documentation is compliant with credit sanction, Bank and Regulatory policy thereby minimising risk. Strong adherence to MIFID, Financial Promotions, FCA regulation in the context of being the ‘Best Bank for our Customers’ and Helping Britain Prosper. We are looking for a strong performing individual to lead a portfolio and team within the Private Groups segment of RE&H, supporting a key growth portfolio – based in London. This role provides a tremendous opportunity for a high calibre individual in driving our targeted growth aspirations in this geography, honing marketing / relationship skills and ensuring we are balancing risk, profitability and management of the bank’s capital.
