Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a growth service sector client based in Harrogate who are recruiting an Administration Assistant to the team. Are you dynamic and adaptive with good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)? Do you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn? Are you well presented and have a good manner on the phone? Do you have previous office experience? If the answer is yes then we would love to hear from you. The daily work will involve: Assisting the management team with administration support. Typing up surveys and marking up drawings. First point of contact for answering the phone and dealing with queries. Editing and formatting office documents. Completing expenses. Scanning, filing and general admin office work. The role requires someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into whatever admin task requires doing within a great business. Salary c£19k plus benefits
