Overview

Robertson Bell are supporting a brand name charity based in London in the search for an interim PA to the HR Director to join the team on a 12 month fixed term basis. As the PA to the HR Director, you will provide clerical administration and comprehensive support to the Director and their direct reports, as well as overall coordination and administrative support to the wider HR team. You will also support organisational management of specific projects. Key responsibilities include; Providing a professional, administrative and secretarial support service to the HR Director Supporting the HR Director with preparing board papers and preparations. Complex diary management. Budget and forecasting and management. Travel booking and expenses processing. Planning, minuting, and managing departmental meetings and meetings with the Board member and Union members. We are looking for someone with experience working in a Human Resources team and supporting the team and Director. You will have a track record in the coordinating of a large and diverse department or programme at a senior level. It is essential that you can manage your own workload, managing conflicting priorities, therefore showing high levels of organisation and efficiency. Having project management experience would be advantageous. This is a critical role to the HR Director that needs to be successfully appointed to in the next two working weeks.
