Overview
A NEW ROLE IN TRAVEL – our client is seeking an experienced a HEAD of Customer Service Manager who has the ability to manage like-minded individuals and a remote team. With a constant hunger for delivering an exceptional high quality service, whilst ensuring clear process is implemented and maintained. As a Head of Customer Service Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities which include: The successful operational management of a Client services department ensuring the successful delivery of delegate accommodation and VIP services. To develop and implement best practice within the client services team, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained and delivered to our variety of key accounts. Identify trends, maximise yield, and strive to achieve the best possible rates and opportunities for client solutions. Develop and maintain processes and procedures within the department and remote team which maximise productivity, ensure clear communication and enable efficient, consistent service delivery. Implement full post event de briefings, delivering strategic planning and budget proposals to the business along with reassessing process and service offerings. Be creatively proactive with clients and demonstrate an understanding of their industry/business needs. Driving both a direct and remote team to achieve aggressive sales targets and the best service delivery, whilst achieving a high staff satisfaction score.
