In this role you will be advising and supporting the business functions on: Quality assurance on delegated authority and open market business (underwriting, claims and complaints). Oversight of quality controls and development and reporting of performance metrics Understanding applicable internal and external (including regulatory) requirements You will also be exposed to other areas of the business.
