Overview
Excellent Payroll & Accounts Administrator position Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting Exclusively for a payroll & accounts administrator position for a well-established specialist manufacturer based in North West Lincolnshire. Your new role You will be working in a small finance team reporting directly to the Company Secretary. You will be responsible for processing payroll weekly for 80 employees and 20 monthly employees. You will assist in the accounts team processing purchase ledger invoices, setting up supplier payment runs, query handling internally and externally. You will be responsible for some HR administration duties including processing starter documents for new employees, checking right to work documents for right to work, producing letters and memos to employees as directed amongst other duties. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have recent and relevant payroll experience and be able to undertake the full payroll process. You will need to have accounts administration and some HR administration experience would desirable. Excellent communication skills, organisation skills and have a methodical approach. You will need to be forward thinking and be able to hit the ground running. What you'll get in return A permanent role with a competitive salary. Free parking.
